Immersed in the greenery of the Civitella Casanova's countryside in Abruzzo region (PE)... following a small gravel road, Sammarone, towards Santalongo, you'll reach the Casina di Santalongo, where nearby there are 2 old mulberry trees, along the entrance road there is a spring water well (panorama toward Adriatic sea)
The property is composed by a direct access to the living/dinning room already furnished with kitchen, sofa bed, big window with garden/orchard view, it has also a wood and stone rustic fireplace. To reach the upper floor there is an interior staircase that lead to the bedroom, bathroom with shower, there is the predisposition for conditioning system. Outside, there is a dwelling for water, light and gas meters; staircase to reach the garden with courtyard where it is possible to put a gazebo. Next to the garden there is a orchard with the typical Abruzzo plants. Nearby plot of lands cultivated  olive tree.

The land enjoys of an excellent sun exposition.
In the latest 10 years has not used  any type of chemical fertilizer.
From the lands and the farmhouse it is  possible to enjoy of an unique panoramic view towards the Adriatic coast.
Nearby there is a agritourism “Fattoria Villa Baffo” that breed donkeys.
The agritourism has shop, workshop, tasting and restaurant.
