Tantalising glimpers of Lucca and the surrounding hills can be enjoyed from some of the hude Diocletian-style viewing window in the lounge frames the beautiful Tuscan scenery below.

The small village of Ponte a Moriano is just three km away, the big supermarket is at two km where you can find fresh bread of all sorts seven days a week, also fresh fish. The nearest Restuaurant is also within easy reach, just 700 mt from the house. Lucca (7 km) is the natural attraction for sightseeing stroll along its iconic walls and dine "al fresco" in one of its atmospheric little squares. Lovely sunly beaches to the north and south of Pisa are 30 minutes away and there are many further options for days out from the house's fashinating location.
