  The house has a living room with a kitchenette,a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed,a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.  Thanks to its large French windows the living room has the livability of a.covered terrace overlooking the sea and offers a view comparable to that which is enjoyed on a cruise ship given the proximity of the sea and the absence of other properties that interpose. The living room and the toilet are at the entrance level, the whole area has a wood ceiling; the three bedrooms and the bathroom are at the lower level.The house has a small front garden and a patio. The resort was built six years ago, it has a restaurant/bar/pizzeria, a swimming pool and a private path that leads to the sea, right in front of the romantic ruins of the mine building where rocks were washed and shipped to the island of Carloforte, a few miles away. The seafront at the end of the path is stunning: with its rocky environment, its natural pool and its cave, it's a popular and safe destination for the boats that pass along the coast. There are three beautiful beaches at 5 mins. drive from the resort, Funtanamare,three km. long and never too crowded, Masua beach and Porto Cauli, smaller and extremely cosy and romantic, overlooking the Pan di Zucchero, a beautiful rocky formation in the sea. Directly from the resort there is a guided path for hours of trekking overlooking the sea, in an area which is famous all over Europe for its climbing facilities.The resort is at 50 mins. from the airport of Cagliari-Elmas.
The property, located in the least touristy part of Sardinia, is an ideal starting place for trekking, climbing and many more activities.
The property is right in the middle of the most scenic part of the coast.
