Friuli Venezia Giulia, situated in Italy’s Northeastern area, is steadily emerging as a viable option for overseas home buyers. Bordering Slovenia to the east and Austria to the west, it is a place of cultural and lingual diversity. It also states that 89.2% of the overall population claims to be very or quite satisfied with the living standards, making it, undoubtedly, the happiest place to be in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fruili Venezia Guilia has seen a commendable growth in tourism<\/strong> with over 2.074.755 tourists visiting in 2014 alone. This is a positive deviation of 0.7% compared to 2013. Numbers are even higher in mountain areas, such as Tarvisio, Sella Nevea and Carnia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In parallel, also the offer is increasing<\/strong>. This means more hotels, but especially more sleeping accommodations due to many private owners who open B&Bs and agritourisms.
