completely different pace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We moved from a \u2018buyer\u2019s market\u2019 \u2013 where the buyer had the power to decide whether to buy or not to buy, wait or move to another property \u2013 to a \u2018seller\u2019s market\u2019 where there is a strong demand in buying Italy real estate so that so that now is the seller the one who can decide whether to sell you the property or to sell it to another one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How can we quicker the buying process of a property in Italy but keeping it safe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Simone Rossi<\/strong> \u2212 <a
