Geographic position
La Grande Quercia Complex is plunged in the green countryside, halfway between the Sibillini Mountain National Park and the Adriatic Coast (58 km). 
It nestles in the heart of The Marches, in a lovely and ancient town, only half an hour from Macerata and Camerino. 
The property overlooks the surrounding landscape and ensures total privacy. 
It is easily accessible: five minutes to reach the historical centre, while it is just 18 km to enter motorway S77.

The complex has an overall surface of approx. 4100 sqm, in addition to a potential extension adding 18.000 cubic metres destined to receptive use to the volume.
The current accomodation of both the hotel and the attached apartments (potential extension excluded) can host 46 bedrooms. 
The left-hand side of the property hosts a hotel, a large convention hall, a beauty farm, an 'underwater' banquet hall (beneath the huge swimming-pool) and two separate oriental-style apartments.
