at the foot of the Monte Nerone, Umbria Marche Apennines of central Italy, 30 minutes from the Adriatic Sea (by highway), it rises the beautiful village of Piobbico, oasis of peace, relax and privacy. The house was built in the early 19th century (1815). It is made of local pink stone, fully restored with appropriate materials. (it is surveyed in the papal land register). Close to the historical town (15th century). From its windows you can admire the Castle Brancaleoni dating back to the 13th century and the Monte Nerone (about 1,500 m. above sea level, with ski lift system). On the other side of the house, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village of Piobbico. A historical ruin of Roman-Medieval furnace, dating back to the 1st Century AD, is preserved in the ground floor of the historic house,  in excellent condition and protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage. For its great importance and conservation it is considered a Historical ruins, unique in the world.

The house is furnished with original antiques and modern furniture, antique and modern paintings, antique ceramics, a statue of ceramics realized by a modern listed sculptor.

The house is set on different levels

- On the ground floor: two large salons of 40 sq.m. each, a kitchen of 16 sq.m., a room used as an office/study of 13 sq.m. and one toilet.

- On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with private bath and two of these have a complete wardrobe.

- The attic has a room of about 60 sq.m. and the average height is 2,50 m and a room of similar size as drying and ironing room .

- The house is equipped with an elevator from the basement to the ground floor and to the first floor, with the possibility to stretch out the run up to the attic.

- In the basement there is a large room of about 120 sq.m., that preserves the ruins of the Roman-Medieval Furnace.

- Adjacent to the furnace there is a large living room of about 80 sq.m., with a kitchen (12 sq.m.) fully functional.

- Exterior doors with safety catch. Windows are protected by motorized sliding steel grates.

- the house is prepared for the realization of an interior entrance from the basement room to an inground pool (to be realized with glass dome opening).
