Main Features

Description

This detached house is located in the northern part of the historic town centre just a short walk from the large Vittoria Emanuele square, better known as 'The Convent', the hub of town life.
Built in stone and wood, the house has especially thick walls making it cool in summer and warm in winter. It's fully furnished and ready to move into.
Over two floors and fully refurbished, the ground floor front door opens into a large entrance hall, with staircase to the upstairs rooms. Still at street level: there is a private entrance; large living room with new stone and wood fireplace, and attractive exposed beams to the ceiling. There is also a bathroom with shower and a large utility room with a good-sized tub. Within the living room, there is a small area suitable for installing a kitchen with existing methane gas supply and water/waste water connections.
Upstairs there is a spacious landing (with a large, 5-door wardrobe/cupboard). There are also 2 large living spaces that are currently used as follows: a bed-sitting room with kitchenette and marble fireplace; access to a small balcony; a dining room (with small balcony) that could be used as a bedroom (electricity sockets are already in place for bedside lamps); and a small bathroom with basin, bidet and toilet.
On the attic floor, accessible via a modern wooden ladder (flanked by space-saving cupboards), there is another large room currently used as a bedroom, that would also make a sitting room or games room. It measures 1.58 m from floor to roof, has a window, and a large 6-door storage cupboard with sliding doors concealing the way through to an additional storage area. (Tiled cement roof).
