Just 20 km from Frosinone, in a panoramic, hilly position, the austere Villa dei Marchesi dominates the surrounding countryside.  We are located in Lazio, at an equal distance from several well-known locations: Terracina (67 km), Gaeta (73 km), Sabaudia (70 km) and Latina (70 km) can, in fact, all be reached in about 1 hour by car, as can the National Park of Circeo.  Thanks to the convenient link to the A1 motorway (just 3 km away), you can reach Rome (109 km) and Naples (126 km) in just over an hour.  The nearest airports are Rome Ciampino (95 km) and Rome Fiumicino (122 km).   

Description of buildings
Villa dei Marchesi was built in the early 1700s, at the request of a local noble family, and used as a country residence.  Built on three levels, it has a gross surface area of 1748 sqm. On the ground floor, there are two living rooms, a lounge, a bar, an office, kitchen, a pantry, cellar, some storage rooms and a large utility area.  On the first floor, which can be reached thanks to two lifts, there is a hall, a private chapel, a large living room, a lounge, a study, three other living rooms and an office.  The second floor, also with a lift, is divided into a living room, a hobby room, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.  The property also includes a second building, which is a basement, measuring 156 gross sqm, for use as ancillary and utility rooms.
