A naturally bright flat on the third floor of palazzo Giovannetti, set deep in the Tuscan countryside at the foot of Mount Serra, surrounded by olive groves and evergreens. Located in Pieve di Compito, a tiny fraction of Capannori (Lucca), Palazzo Giovannetti dates back to the first half of the 19th century and can be reached by crossing the bridge over the Visona River that leads to the driveway.
The ‘Palazzo’ is divided into two apartments, one per floor, and has two common areas: the entrance hall and the inner staircase. It is situated 12 kms from Lucca, 75 kms from Florence, 28 kms from Pisa and 46 kms from Viareggio and Versilia. There are main roads and motorways leading to all these locations.
