"La Stornara" holiday farm is located in the heart of Magna Graecia Tarentina. The land is rich in history and with many places to discover. The estate offers an exclusive holiday in a typical Apulian farmhouse. Each room, finely restored in accordance with tradition, is characterized by crossed-stone vaults and antique terracotta floors.
Outside the farm, there is a large garden, a lawn in the shade of tall trees, a terrace with a barbecue, an organic garden, and a henhouse. The estate is surrounded by an orangery, an olive grove, and a vineyard which contribute to the production of our wines and extra virgin olive oil.

Today, the property (10Ha in total) is a productive Holiday Farm with multiple income streams, all fully documented: from one side we have the holiday rental activity with five awesome apartments plus a fully restored tower (22 beds in total). Then we have the production of delicious seedless Clementines, Olive oil production, and, last but not least, a wonderful 4Ha vineyard of Primitivo DOC. Wine production is, most probably, the most attractive and with the highest business potential for those who would like to have their proud own wine production. The wine production can reach 20.000 bottles per year of one of the most popular and appreciated types of Italian wine. In the property, we do have premises and wine processing equipment.
