The windows have a sill in Gaia Gray stone or equivalent material with a flamed-brushed finish, suitably treated on the surface, 3 cm thick with an external shape of 3 + 3 and a drip tray. The French windows have 3 cm thick stone thresholds with the same characteristics as the sills
Floors and coverings can be viewed on samples at the supplier's showroom, according to the specifications it is required that the installation be carried out straight and grouted and that the walls of the showers are previously waterproofed with high technology. Appropriate waterproofing with a bituminous sheath is carried out on the entire internal surface of the house, on top of which an insulating polystyrene panel is made and above which the electrical and hydraulic systems are installed, suitably protected with a cast of light material such as cellular concrete.
The villa is anti-seismic and can be customized in the distribution of the interior spaces and in the finishes. There is an above ground garage with space for two cars and on request we can also build a 4x8 swimming pool with infinity skimmer, equip the garden with an automatic lighting and irrigation system.
