In central Italy, south of the Marche region, there is a small village in the city of Ascoli Piceno called "Talvacchia". This ancient village is immersed in a lush, quiet landscape, practically an oasis of peace, with breathtaking views towards the surrounding mountains and the lake that takes its name from the village.
It is about 40 km from the Adriatic Sea (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDy_8TTXFWA) and just 15 km from Ascoli Piceno, a historic city that already existed in ancient Rome and which, in the Renaissance , has been enriched with one of the ten most beautiful squares in Italy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqMrSYkZ9E8), 18 km from Acquasante Terme (https://www.youtube.com/watch ? v = ikUVc2UOGU8; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYdbhWd3-Yc) and about 14-20 Km from some beautiful waterfalls (Forcella-della Volpara, etc.). From this village there are several paths for hikers and mountain bikers.
Having more buildings in the aforementioned village, I decided to keep only one for myself and sell the following properties:
- Dwelling with small courtyard, completely renovated, measuring approximately 78 sq.m, with two floors on the ground floor, a kitchen / dining room and terrace on the first floor, a double bedroom, bathroom and small bedroom on the second floor. Said former farmhouses (the small stone house has already been renovated) are situated on the most evocative panoramic point of the village, with fantastic views of the lake below and its own sink, as well as the endless green of the Laga mountains. PS Having already built a garden with lawn, lavender and gazebo under a centuries-old walnut, in the summer months it is possible to share this garden, with a civil agreement.
