Beautifully located stone house in good conditions in panoramic and hilly position, not far from Cortona
The property is located at 650 m.a.s.l. on the hills between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, very close to the beautiful hamlet of Poggioni.

A local bar can be found in the nearby Poggioni hamlet (about 450 metres) and there is a small supermarket at 8 kms distance.
