Studio apartment in good overall condition located on the mezzanine floor of a residential complex built in the 1990s for tourism purposes. Aimed primarily at residents of inland and northern Italy, the initiative aimed to offer the opportunity to purchase a property at an affordable price in the countryside, where the air and climate are excellent, yet within half an hour's drive of beaches and ski slopes.
Furthermore, the residence offered access to the shared swimming pool below. Even today, the pool can be used for and euro;5 per day for the entire family occupying the apartment (obviously, the fee is only paid on the days you wish to use the pool).

Heating is via hot/cold air conditioning, and hot water is provided in the bathroom and kitchen with an electric boiler.
Exiting the apartment, stairs lead down to the pool or up to a large panoramic terrace used as a solarium.
There is an elevator for those who don't want or can't climb a flight of stairs.
The stairs also provide direct access to the excellent restaurant and bar.
Monti di Licciana is a well-served village with various shops, bars, a pizzeria, restaurants, and more.
