Synopsis of the project

This architecture studio prioritises ample, practical living spaces with large usable terraces, burglar-proof
windows and iron railings making for houses with more natural light. The use of electric sunscreens
allows for optimal light management throughout the day. Key to the design is the use of natural looking
materials such as the stoneware effect tiles used on floors, bathroom walls and terraces.

Each of the seven real estate units available are made with prestige finishings and have large garages, a private parking space and independent heating and cooling systems.
