The farm is an oasis spanning over 60 hectares in the Chianti Classico region. It includes 3,5 ha vineyards, olive groves, forests, rolling hills, creeks and meadows. Equidistant between the towns of Radda and Castellina in Chianti, just 18 km north from Siena, this secluded retreat, located at the end of a 5 km unpaved country road, is a peaceful haven for nature lovers.
Since 1982, after significant renovations that preserved the rustic charm of the farmhouse, the farm has operated as a winery and retreat center. It has been producing excellent wines while hosting various events, including awareness seminars, summer camps, dance and yoga retreats.
The property’s vineyards boast a unique terroir. The balance between soil, altitude and exposure results in wines of extraordinary complexity which received organic certification. The yearly production amounts to circa 15.000 bottles of Chianti Classico DOCG (95 % Sangiovese) and IGT Toscana Rosso (Alicante Bouschet). The agricultural land and residential buildings are protected from wildlife by a 1.5-kilometer-long fence. 
The typical and original Tuscan architecture of the main buildings features a stone paved courtyard surrounded by 2 apartments with a total of 8 bedrooms. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom and with central heating and air-conditioning units. Separated from the main houses, a small, recently renovated guest house has 76 sqm and can sleep 4 people. The seminars have been held in an attractive 80 sqm hall with a wooden floor, complemented by various outdoor meeting spaces, including a stunning 200 sqm open-air dance place. The total habitable area is 585 sqm, with an additional 480 sqm available for further development. This includes a beautiful loggia and a big, ground level, former wine-cellar with large windows, as well as a spacious 100 sqm unrenovated barn with the potential for 2 additional apartments. 
Chestnut beams and authentic terracotta floors have been meticulously preserved. The rooms are spacious, flooded with sunlight and enjoying amazing, panoramic views of the surrounding nature, all the way to Monte Amiata, 70 km away.
