THE VALIANO

The Valiano is a characteristic farmhouse build in stone and currently is in advanced and meticulous restoration, it is situated in the immediate surroundings of Perugia, less than 3 km from the historic center and from the highway. This property is in a residential neighbourhood immersed in the greenery, discreet and peacefully, with land and value wood, but nearest from city and from the main communication routes.

Its position is dominant (490 mt. Above sea level) very panoramic with an excellent exposure towards South.

The land, of 3500 sq.m., has the access on the paved council road.

The commercial area of the building is about 400 sq.m. in which is included an annex restored of 40 sq.m.

The structural part of the building are already completely restored. The exterior works are still in progress.
