2) for few days in a year depending on the sea mist, the Gargano promontory (thanks to the roundness of Abruzzi and the sticking out to the East of the promontory itself)
3) the massif of Maiella
4) the entire Gran Sasso's chain
5) the Laga mountains (also Pizzo di Sevo and Macera della Morte) till Ascoli Piceno and meeting point with the Sibillini where there Monte Vettore stands proudly.
At the foot of this wonderful view there is the splendid landscape of the hills of Piceno and Abruzzi. We must remember that Acquaviva Picena in 1200 was not in the Reign of the Two Sicilies, but it was already a property of the Abruzzi's Duke that from the high position could admire proudly its estates.  

Obviously the Southern exposure makes the land fertile for some cultivations that prefer the sun. It is excellent for the cultivation of grapes, olive trees and artichokes.
There is the possibility to start an agricultural business, a restaurant and accomodation facility, beside being used as a dwelling.
