With a spectacular views on the Moscato hills, the house we propose is just on the border of the Core Zone of the Moscato Langhe, recently World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is a typical Langa farmhouse, built in the year 1850 and classified House of Historical Interest. Completely built in Langa stone, of about 200 square meters, with underground cellars in stone of 25 square meters and two cellars carved into the tufa hill. With the house a Moscato vineyard of about 3.000 square meters and an enchanting forest of 10.000 square meters where truffles hunters find the famous white truffle.
The house is under renovation works and will be habitable for summer 2020; we handle directly and personally to all works and project and our professionals involved in the projects follow the design from the beginning until the conclusion of the works, providing all the necessary steps for the execution of works and those concluded for upgrading the Cadastre offices. The layout of the interiors will be made according to your preferences, facades will be in Langa stone at sight, as requested form the Landscape Commission of the Comune.
