With a spectacular views in the Moscato hill, the house we propose is just on the border of the Core Zone of the Moscato Langhe, recently World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is a typical Langa farmhouse, built in the year 1850 and classified House of Historical Interest. Completely built in Langa stone, of about 200 square meters, with underground cellars in stone of 50 square meters and two cellars carved into the tufa hill. With the house a Moscato vineyard of about 3.000 square meters and an enchanting forest of 10.000 square meters where truffles hunters find the famous white truffle.
The house is completely unrestored but we can handle directly and personally to all works and project, as we work with architects able to follow the design from the beginning until the conclusion of the works, providing all the necessary steps to obtain permission for the execution of works and those concluded for upgrading the Cadastre offices.
