House on the attic floor with wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the Angera fortress. It is the last of a total of 5 dwellings and it is situated in a privileged position compared to the others. There is a private entrance with lift or stairs. The structure is built with bio-housing with a great comfort and energy saving methods.

The lake is 200 metres far. It takes 3 minutes by feet to reach the railway station and 2 minutes by car to reach the motorway. The shipyard is 500 metres far.
Arona is the most popular place on Lake Maggiore and it is only few minutes far; furthermore it is the boarding area to reach wonderful islands and other places, plus cruises on the lake.
