Villa immersed in the greenery of the Regional Park of Castelli Romani, 21 km from the centre of Rome. It is located in Belmonte, 650 m above the sea level, on a plot of 2450 sqm in a residential area. The villa has a good microclimate because it boasts a Southern exposure on the old Roman street, via Latina, now Tuscolana-Anagnina, and it is protected on the Northern side by the hill of the fortress Rocca Priora. Rocca Priora is the terminus of a bus line which departs from metro station A in the town of Anagnina, south of Rome. The bus runs through Tor Vergata, Frascati, Monteporzio, Montecompatri, and Rocca Priora. Metro station A is 18 km from Rocca Priora , if you drive along the Anagnina / Tuscolana national road, and 24 km if you drive along the A1 motorway. The Rome CIA Airport is 28.7 km if you drive along the A1 dir/E821 and 19.2 km if you drive along the SP215. The Rome FCO Airport is 51.3 km if you drive along the A90 / E80.
