  • A wonderful and indipendent apartment which is part of a rustic countryhouse set in romantic surroundings, built with hard stone walls, situated in the Pesaro province (where Gioacchino Rossini and Raffaello Sanzio were born), only 2 Km away from the village of Isola, 8 Km from the town of Fossombrone, 29 Km from the reinaissance town of Urbino, 27 Km from the seaside  resort of Fano.
    Situated in an ideal setting between sea and mountains, only a few steps away from the “Tarugo” stream, with its clear waters and natural pools where you can dip your tired feet and enjoy a refreshing break, surrounded by relaxing shades of green and quiet natural sounds.

To the left there is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dinner table for up to 8 placings, a wood and pellet burning-stove which is also used as a boiler for hot water and central heating complemented by a couple of solar heating panels set on the roof, in the middle there is the sitting area with two comfortable couches, tv set and the whole area is air-conditioned. This area is so large that it would be quite easy to make it into a smaller living room to obtain a second bedroom. To the right there is the main bedroom with oak-wood parquet flooring, air-conditioning and two windows with a view over the stream. On the side there is the bathroom, fully decorated with italian style ceramic tiles and an elegantly framed large mirror.
    All windows have shutters with adjustable slats. Furthermore  the apartment is equipped with dish-washer, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Kitchen furniture, appliances, sofas, bed, bedside tables are already included in the price, as is the original hand-made doors duly restored. Moreover, the entire apartment has the peculiarity of not having internal supporting walls thus giving the facility to obtain a single larger open-space-room.
     
    At a distance of only 5 Km there is a dual-carriageway for fast running traffic leading to the seaside resort and connecting with the A 14 motorway which connects the northern and southern coasts of the Adriatic (Bologna- Ancona). The town of Fossombrone is only 7 Km away.
