Message from the owners:
Prior to 2004 we travelled all around Lake Garda. We decided when we wanted to buy, Saló was the ideal place. Summer is lovely but not too touristy, and there is enough going on in winter. We bought a new apartment detailed above. Until recently we would spend five or six months a year, summer and winter, enjoying Lake Garda. In a day with a car we have seen many breathtaking and beautiful situations both in people, and scenery all the way around the lake. When not in Italy, the apartment is secure. Without the car, boat trips (ferry) from Saló, and car ferry from Maderno is very enjoyable.
As 60s years olds, we have walked to the centre of Saló and back, sometimes a walk above the apartment in Puegnago around the small lakes of Sovenigo flowering of the lotus flowers, and a walk above Villa is rewarding.
