This beautiful property has been recently renovated according to earthquake standards and offers many opportunities. Currently it works as a structure where artists from around the world can stay independently in apartments which  provided  all the services and they can  take advantage of the studios to produce their works. The property is just as valid as a private residence or bedandbreakfast and offers the right balance between privacy and all facilities within a radius of 4 km.

Description
The house is built with  stone and retains original terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles. Particularly pleasing is the filtered internal light from multiple windows positioned in strategic places. The house consists of 4 units with private entrances, the studio and the tower. The master part houses a kitchen and a living room with a high ceiling, an equally spacious bedroom / study, 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms accessible by a spiral  staircase. On the ground floor there are two apartments, the first with entrance next to the master part.  It consists of a kitchen / living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom and an  other upstairs bedroom accessible via a spiral staircase. The second apartment has an entrance under a pergola with a place for a nice table to eat in the  open air or just to enjoy reading a good book. The door opens directly onto the living room which flows in the small square-shaped kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor of the house is accessible through a beautiful external staircase with small loggia. The plan is independent, very spacious and bright. Here there are 4 bedrooms / rooms which can of course be used as a study or in  other ways according to their needs, a kitchen / living room with kitchen.
On the ground floor there  are the studios. The space is divided by three large openings communicating with each other. The tower houses a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom

The property is surrounded by a garden which consists of a large green lawn leading  over a stream which is  very suggestive.The place is surrounded by nature and you can enjoy the silence and sounds of nature.

Surroundings
We are in the council  of Piegaro, an ancient town in Umbria http://www.italia.it/it/scopri-litalia/umbria.html with origins dating back to 39 B.C.. In the neighborhood there are other interesting towns to visit such as  Panicale, Paciano, named one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and Città della Pieve. Lake Trasimeno is around 20 minutes away and offers various picturesque villages to visit, many restaurants, bars, beaches and three islands Maggiore, Minore and Polvese where besides relaxation and natural beauty you can behold   a beautiful aquatic plant garden designed by renowned architect Pietro Porcinai. The capital of Perugia region with its international airport is about 30 minutes away.
