  • You'll believe you're inside a fairy tale while in this hamlet, near the wonderful beaches of Maratea, the hilly lakes and the majestic peaks of mount Sirino.
The current owners live in Milan. They fell in love with this amazing hamlet, bought this property in the historic centre, restored it and spent time here alone or with friends.
It takes few minutes drive to reach the marvellous beaches of Maratea, the small hilly lakes, the Sirino mountains or the Lagonegrese National Park.
The house is equipped with every comfort; it is cozy, warm and functioning. You find the square, the grocery store, the cafè and the post office few steps away.
The last guest of the house was an artist that painted a mural on the external wall and continues on the inside, for the project “My little house”. He defined it as a “museum house” as showed in the pictures and the video. It was a gift that the family wanted to share with the village, representing with a staircase made of hands, the wonderful welcome and the warmth that you can feel in the hamlet.
Time seems to have stopped here: you can live surrounded by a marvellous nature and deafening silence, but at the same time immersed in a context made of Medieval houses perched one above the other, where the inhabitants are welcoming and caring. Some houses are owned by American people that come in Summer to enjoy the nature, the climate and the good food.
