The 16th Century building, located in the historic centre of Ugento, an ancient town of Messapic origins with important archaeological findings on display in its municipal museum, is located in Ionic Salento just 5 kilometres from the sea. It has a 'U shaped' architectural structure typical of the period when it was constructed. The property requires work for the electrical system, which is fitted across two floors; on the ground floor, the garden and a big archway with six round barrel-vaulted arches (three on each side) lead to the six master bedrooms, of which one has a fireplace, with star vaults and exposed capitals. The property has two main entrances facing each other: one on Via Roma and the other in the private garden on Via Messapica.
