Cinaglio, a town located in the Astigiane hills, whose origins date back to Roman times. Just 12 minutes from Asti is a place of passage and stop for those who want to visit these magnificent landscapes. The village, given its position, enjoys a 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape and in the most beautiful days it is possible to observe the whole Alpine arc. The property object of sale was built in the 50s and was originally an old farmhouse with an adjoining stable for livestock, but today thanks to the total and complete renovation and accuracy of the owners is one of the most prominent buildings in the whole country. Thanks to its large size and excellent layout it is able to accommodate two families or to make one in total comfort and tranquility. The building is divided into two parts: the first one, with greater floor area, has been totally renovated externally and internally, the second one, with less floor area, only externally. On the ground floor as soon as we are greeted by the large bright living room, the heart of the house because it allows us to reach the main points of the property, from the kitchen, spacious as well as tastefully furnished with which you can access the outdoor terrace where you can repair from the hot summer days but with views of the surrounding hills, to the first of the two bathrooms, spacious and with no shower tray creating a design solution, to the staircase that connects the two floors and the other part of the house still in phase restructuring. The kitchen is connected to the pantry, as well as to the staircase passing between ground floor and basement where you can find the boiler room, the double garage and a corridor leading to the beautiful cellar with vaulted ceiling. In the sleeping area it is possible to access it thanks to the staircase connecting the two floors. Here we find a corridor that disengages the second bathroom from the two large double bedrooms. Both are characterized by the exposed ceiling and this gives a particular note of taste to the sleeping area. The second bedroom is connected to a large covered terrace with exposed wooden beams and allows you to have a breathtaking view over the surrounding hills over the entire alpine arc. During the renovation of the building several precautions were used to ensure that there was no before or after the humidity, given the previous use of the building, for this was applied a "chemical cut" on the entire surface. The house is heated by underfloor heating with the addition of a small wood stove, used more for decoration than for heating due to the large caloric value given by the underfloor heating. It is superfluous to say that it is a building that must be lived to fully exploit all the characteristics and peculiarities of the same and to be able to enjoy all year long one of the most beautiful landscapes that these hills can offer.
