Easily accessible by car or train, Castiglione can be a starting point for excursions to the nearby cities of art in Umbria and Tuscany. At the foot of the village, which is located within the Parco del Trasimeno, there are grass and sand beaches equipped for relaxation.

- The first floor consists of a very large kitchen and living room, not separated by doors or walls, but by an arch that remained intact as it was in the Renaissance era. There is also a small storage room with a toilet, a sink, a washing machine and a dryer machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There are two doors, the main entrance and the back door that leads directly to the large terrace and the garden bordered by a gate. In the garden there is a gazebo handmade! There are also two very large rooms here, one with two single beds joined together into a double bed, and one with a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
