Surrounded by the green of the typical Mediterranean scrub, this house is located between the Ippari Valley and Kamarina (ancient Greek city), within the Natural Reserve of Pino d'Aleppo. 
The house is an integral part of the Athena Resort area that includes the wonderful "Villa Pace" garden and Golf Club. Located in the residential and reserved part of the Athena Resort, it is just 4 km away from the wonderful beaches of the Ragusa coast and a few kilometers from Ragusa, Modica and Scicli, the late-baroque cities declared World Heritage by UNESCO. Punta Secca and the famous Commissario Montalbano sites are 20 minutes' drive. The nearest airport is Comiso Airport, 23 km from the venue.

The entrance to the Athena Resort  is controlled by a 24 hour reception and only authorized guests and/or villas owners can have access.

Being part of the Athena Resort, it includes access to the entire  services usually provided for vacationers, such as the olimpic swimming pool, a private beach, a restaurant/pizzeria, a kids' club and a playroom for children, a pharmacy, a mini-market, a nice bar and an amphitheater where it will be possible to watch the evening shows. In addition horse-riding and a car/bike rental services are available onsite. All facilities for all sports are for free (incl. tennis, football,...). There is also a little train to move around the entire Athena Resort area and a free shuttle bus connecting the private beach every 20 min.

This house consists of a green space that surrounds almost the entire building (370 sqmt.), a large outdoor patio (23 sqmt.) with an external shower, an entrance-living room with a fully equipped kitchen (31 sqmt.) including a balcony (11 sqmt.)  and  a bedroom double bed (15 sqmt.) both with a sea view, a double room (7.80 sqmt.) and a bathroom (4.37 sqmt.) with a garden view, a little utility room (2 sqmt.). A dedicated car-parking in front of the house.
