    A perfect setting of working farm, villa and several cottages make up this countryside resort estate only 15 minutes from Rome. Set in an extinct volcanic crater are 18 hectares on the shores of Lake Martignano, of which about 4 hectares are a forest of centuries-old oaks, and the remaining 14 hectares are entirely cultivable (crops of cereals and fruit and vegetables) or adapted to any type of agricultural activity.     The last structure (D) is located at the top the property, and is about 140 square meters, used as an agricultural warehouse, although it is already prepared for a transformation into rooms or in any case for residential use. This building is located at one of the highest points of the entire property, at the entrance and therefore could easily be used as a reception area, or to host the permanent staff, or to be merely a building with a beautiful view on the lake of Martignano.
