The house and land are located in Ittireddu in the Province of Sassari situated on the Italian sunny island of Sardinia.

Walking distance (10 min.) to the local Post Office, Bank, Chemist, Supermarket, Municipal Council, Museum and surrounding archeological sites. The sports ground is a 5-min. walk.
Ittireddu borders the municipalities of Ozieri (14 km) and Mores (9 km). Local bus services also go to Sassari (50 km) and Olbia (80 km). The nearest train station is Chilivani (15 km). Sardinia has three international airports: Cagliari (200 km), Alghero (75 km) and Olbia (80 km). In addition to main seaports, such as: Olbia, Golfo di Aranci, Porto Torres, Cagliari.
The territory was intensely habited since the neolitical period dating back to 2700-3000 B.C, which is witnessed by its vast surrounding archeological sites. Of importance is the church of Santa Croce, an example of Byzantine-Romanesque architecture (9th-13th centuries). The ancient church of San Giacomo (who is also the patriot saint of the town and celebrated in July). The necropolis of Domus de janas. Just to name a few of the archeological sites all within walking distance.
Sardinia is surrounded by over 1,000 kilometers of coastline with an infinite choice of stunning beaches. Most of these are only 1-1.5 hours drive from Ittireddu.
