Enthusiastic about everything, from the house and its well-conceived spaces to spend a holiday together being able to maintain privacy and autonomy, to the wonderful immense garden full of special corners (above a trullo poetic sunset view, reading in a spacious hammock in the shade of two majestic olive trees, breakfast around the table adjacent to the very spacious super-equipped kitchen, dinner around the main table where you had to cover yourself in the middle of July!) Beautiful house that thanks to the large windows in the living area makes you live a bright interior / exterior, in the center of the house a courtyard dominated by a beautiful centuries-old olive tree. Lighting in the evening under the trees and on the trulli which give a unique charm to the property. Without forgetting the variety of splendid cultural and natural places not far from the enchanting town of Ceglie. Difficult to leave this house ... "
The trulli date from the end of the 19th century. We bought the property renovated thirty years ago, have treasured it and are selling it in excellent condition. We have planning permission from the city council to construct a swimming pool.
