In Tuscany a “podere” is an ancient property consisting of arable land with many olive and fruit trees, including exotic fruits, such as bananas, prickly pears, pomegranates and oranges, since the the climate is mild even in winter. Here we are just 5 km from Vinci, the birthplace of the great Leonardo da Vinci.
The property consists of an hilly area of 48,000 square meters, about 180 meters above sea level, consisting of 14,000 square meters of forest with ancient and valuable plants, and 34,000 square meters with valuable olive trees.
