This charming country house situated at 600 m above sea level enjoys sweeping views over the surrounding untouched nature. The nearest mountain villages Castel Vittorio and Pigna both invite with their selection of restaurants and shopping facilities and are a 15 minute drive away. The sea with Ventimiglia and Bordighera is 40 minutes down the road and the international airport Nice can be reached within 90 minutes. The mountain ridge Colla di Lagan (1,130 m above sea level) connecting the Val Nervia with the Valle Argentina is some 6 km away and a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers alike.
The house was built in 2015 replacing and old farmhouse. The approx. 100 qm living space are split over two floor levels. The main entrance is at street level, leading across a terrace and directly into the spacious living room. The living room benefits from a ceiling height of up to to 3.15 m. Floor to ceiling windows allow for plenty of light to flood in and give attractive views over the outdoor sitting and dining area. South facing French windows open out on a 10 qm terrace.
On the lower ground floor are the master bedroom with family bathroom, one smaller bedroom and an ante room with convenient utility area. French windows lead from the bedroom straight into the garden.
The 13,779 qm grounds are laid out in natural stone terraces planted with 150 olive trees of the Taggiasca variety. Situated slightly below the house stands a 45 qm rustico awaiting renovation.
The country house is of solid built quality and is fitted with gas fired under floor heating as well as a wood fired stove in the living area. Solar panels are in preparation.
Access to the house is manageable for every car and a private tarmac covered road connects the house with the communal road Pigna to Triora. Parking is available on the grounds.
