This charming country house surrounded by beautiful nature is situated in the rolling hills above Dolceacqua and enjoys sweeping views over the valley, the surrounding hills and the sea glittering on the horizon. The south westerly orientation ensures plenty of sunshine all year round. In the neighbourhood there are a few attractive country houses and villas nestling among vineyards and olive groves and a restaurant in walking distance serves excellent local cuisine. The access road is well constructed with only the final 300 m left as dirt track. The medieval village Dolceacqua is only 6 km down the road and the neighbouring village Perinaldo is 3 km away.
Both villages offer a good infra structure with a selection of restaurants and shops. The beaches are a 30 minute drive away and the international airport Nice can be reached within the hour.
The two storey country house offers some 75 qm living and usage space. On the ground floor are the spacious light flooded living/dining room with open plan kitchen, a storage room and a shower room. An interior staircase leads to the hall on the upper floor and is fitted with a built-in cupboard. Also on this floor level are two well proportioned bedrooms and another shower room. An open fireplace in the living/dining room as well as a gas central heating system keep the house pleasantly warm during the cooler months. An exterior storage room provides space to store garden tools and the gas boiler.
To the front of the house lies a generously proportioned sun terrace with roof covered sitting area. The surrounding terraced grounds measure 2,045 qm and is mainly planted with cultivated olive trees of the well known Taggiasca variety.
