We conclude with the two bathrooms, tastefully created, both with windows, one with a shower and one with a small tub, in which there is also space for the washing machine.


There are many other qualities of this apartment: the shutters are all electric, the wooden frames have been preserved and modified with double glass and the entrance door is armored.
The electrical system is completely redone and up to standard. The heating is centralized with thermo valves and, in addition, two independent splits for air conditioning have been installed in the living room and in the master bedroom.
