Villa James stands on a plot of approximately 6,500 m2 in the Montemarcello National Park a
border between Liguria and Tuscany.
The Montemarcello-Magra-Vara Park includes an area rich in natural, historical and cultural values and the villa is located in the hilly and panoramic area not far from the historic village of Montemarcello.
Villa James is surrounded by a luxuriant flat garden while a part of the land houses terraced plains on the sea side characterized by an intricate set of evergreen shrubs with herbaceous and aromatic suffructic plants and vast terraced areas occupied by ancient olive groves.
The villa has an amazing view that allows you to enjoy the blue sea as far as the Versilia coast, dominated by the marble massif of the Carrara quarries of the Apuan Alps.
