Just 350 meters from the sea in the picturesque Santa Maria di Leuca , the southernmost point of the heel of Italy, stands Villa Romasi, a villa of great charm with a typically Mediterranean flavor. Villa Romasi consists of 1000 square meters on three levels, 22 rooms with characteristic vaulted ceilings : on the ground floor there are two apartments of about 90 square meters, consisting of lounge, kitchen and two bedrooms with private bathroom and stone fireplace; upstairs there is a large entrance hall, a double living room, a modern kitchen where you can still admire the original cheap kitchen, and 4 rooms with private bathroom in local stone; in the lower part the moat, the stables with feeders, the large fireplace with the oven, the wells for irrigation and the cistern. The votive chapel and the annex complete this splendid property.
