Two covered veranda's and a large terrace surround the villa and many rural relax areas around are created to enjoy every season having ideal sun/wind exposure. Total surface with veranda's is 126 m2, surface inside living level 118 m2, tecnical and storage space underneath, garden about 500 m2 and surface total lot 30.000 m2. 

This land contains look out points, impressive granite rocks to admire or climb on, a natural pond and vegetation from palms, cactus, aloe vera to Sardinian strawberry trees, protected juniper trees, old thick olives and typical cork trees. Natural colors all year round are provided by typical wild flowers in the field from lavender, red poppies to yellow broom. Lush flowers as bougainville, hibiscus, jasmine, oleander, plumbago, glycine ‘purple rain’ have been planted in addition. For production and consumption you'll find several hundred olives, some almonds, many strawberries and fruit trees varying from lemons, oranges, pomegranate to pear and figs. Fennel, mushrooms, onions and garlic grow wild. For cooking a herb garden is created and rosemary, oregano, laurel, sage, parsley, mint, basii and more are to be found in the vicinity of the kitchen.

Ideal as own holiday home for families or great second home for smart workers with stress from the city. But besides this property is also interesting as investment and holiday rental due to the vicinity to Olbia (air)port, the reputation of jetset tourist destination Costa Smeralda and the popularity of beautiful San Pantaleo.
