The farm is located in Castiglione d'Orcia, a town in the Val d'Orcia UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004: a perfect combination of art and landscape, geographical space and ecosystem. Harmonious landscape that had considerable influence on many Renaissance artists.
Surface of the farm: 21.80 hectares. The land of the farm is highly suited to the culture of vineyards and olive groves, being essentially limestone and well exposed. 6 hectares of olive grove, 1200 plants in production divided into 3 olive groves and one of the olive groves 2 huts of 20m2 each. 1 hectare of vineyard, Sangiovese. 6 hectares of arable land. The remaining forest, mainly Leccio.
600 m2 of housing:
Main residence of about 300m2 consists of two units, plus warehouse, cellar and, next to the house, agricultural outbuildings to be restored.
Farmhouse consists of 3 apartments (each of 70m2 with living room- kitchen, and 2 rooms with each its own bathroom) and a large common room of 65 m2. The farm is an ecological structure built in straw/ wood/ stone as highlighted on the wall of one of the rooms.
