BEAUTIFUL stone FARMHOUSE immediately habitable with TOWER and DEPENDANCE in a hilly position and exceptional panoramic view of TODI. The 580 m2 residence was formerly used as a MAIL STATION and still retains the charm of the original structure, as well as offering an extraordinarily convenient location that combines the tranquility of the countryside with the proximity of all services just outside the gate and private and cemented internal road.

THE THIRD UNIT of about 80 square meters consists of the ANNEX on two levels:
Ground floor (subway) made up of living room with kitchen and fireplace, hallway and bathroom.
Ground floor with bedroom with bathroom and small hallway. This level is accessed via an internal staircase and communicates with the external spaces.


All UNITS communicate with the external spaces pertaining to the property which can be used with maximum independence. The outdoor spaces have a lighting system and include:

The interior furnishings, including solid wood doors and window frames, have been custom made by the best Umbrian carpenters to enhance the brightness of the spaces and frame the views, as well as integrating perfectly equipped kitchens and modern and elegant bathrooms into the classic style of the structure .


The farmhouse has been made more efficient from a thermal and energy point of view with an external coat and solar panels, as well as with independent water and heating systems for each individual unit, with provision for a future connection.
