If you decide to settle down and live in a wonderful land rich of history, nature and entertainment Puglia property for sale is the right investment. And if you just want to rent out your property, you’ll not have any problem to find someone, especially in Gargano and Salento restorts, thanks to many low cost flight that links Brindisi and Bari with northern Italian cities. The request asks for a double or three room flat, with garden, garage and air conditioning, better if near the beach which is generally rocky by the Adriatic sea and sandy by the Ionian sea.
Here you can still get good prices because the market of properties in Puglia for sale is developing quickly. As a matter of fact this is a mesmeric region to move in and explore. Indeed there are many interesting places to visit as the Tremiti Island, an archipelago by the Adriatic sea, or the Gargano area which is rich of tourist towns such as Vieste, Peschici, Manfredonia and Rodi Garganico. If you go to Salento, at the bottom of the region, you’ll see a wonderful and transparent sea and more than twenty castles and masserie (ancient fortified farms) and it is the area that’s developing the most, thanks to tourism and to its seaside resort as Otranto and Ostuni.
But to really feel what living in Puglia means, you have to see the “trulli” in Alberobello, which are ancient cone-shaped homes in the Itria Valley. Now you can visit them and live there too.
