TuscanyHouses is a project founded in 1997 with the aim of using the web as a means of communication for the sale of property and to promote collaboration between real estate agencies without limits imposed by the competition.

The mother agency, Real Estate Hercolani, has even more remote origins, dating back to 1972. The founder was one of the members that contributed to the foundation of FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents), the national category association in the trade of real estate assets in Italy, in the 70s.

Since then, our network has developed and has reached a large presence of several real estate agencies, both in Tuscany and in the neighboring regions.

The real estate agencies that are part of the TuscanyHouses network must meet certain selection requirements, including:

• Living in the area where they work.
• Have a physical office active for at least three years.
• Follow the internal rules for the publication of ads.

Despite the size of our network, our strength lies in the ability to maintain a personalized approach, with trusted professionals who know fully the market and the territory, boasting an experience of over 40 years.

Our team consists of a small number of trusted agents that manage over 5000 properties in collaboration with 120 agencies within our network. This allows us to offer our customers the best possible service.
