My name is Emanuela Basocu ( "Bas" for friends) and hidden in Montegiorgio in 1980. This represents the combination of two territorial cultures towards which, with great pride, has always manifested a loving sense of belonging: that Sarda di Papa Luigi (original of the wonderful Island) and that native Pictona represented by Mama Maura. Both regional compartments share granite values such as the culture of work, honesty, solidarity and the spirit of sacrifice. Educational references to which my parents have always been inspired.

In 2001, with great satisfaction, I become one of the youngest Real Estate Professionals working on provincial territory.

These are however, these are also the years when I plan a future together with Pierpaolo who, in 2007, will become my husband. After sharing many dreams of the Customers, it is finally time to think of my home, my family and ... Leonardo who, in 2009 reaches the house of Fioravanti-Basococu. But there is also time to follow the desire to get involved. In 2010 I decide to accept a new challenge by creating the Real Estate Agency EBM Property Solutions which I lead in first person while making use of a range of partners of great experience and proven reliability. EBM translates everything I'm committed to being day after day: collaborative, determined, contemporary, lover of innovation, always looking for new opportunities. The rest is recent history that also contemplates the last splendid diamond in time: the small Francesco, born in 2013.
