We are a real estate agency located in the heart of Tuscany, specializing in the sale of exclusive property to foreign customers. Since 2011 we accompany families and investors from Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Austria and North Europe in the search for their ideal house in Tuscany.

Our owner, Susanne Lechner, is German and has lived in Italy since 1995. It speaks perfectly German, Italian and English and knows deeply the territory, culture and needs of international customers. This allows us to offer a custom-made, reliable and highly professional service.

We offer complete assistance throughout the life: from the selection of the property to the surveys, up to the notarial deed. We work with experts in the sector: lawyers, notarials, architects, financial counselors, interior designers and local craftsmen. We also provide support for renovation, furnishings, tourist rental management and post-sales property management.

Our offers include panoramic villas, renovated farmhouses, apartments in historic villages and new buildings in energy class A. We work mainly between Bolgheri, Guardistallo, Castagneto Carducci, Cecina and the countryside between Pisa, Livorno and Florence.
