After studying civil engineering-architecture in Trento and having gained some work experience in various design studios, Federico decided to pursue the profession of real estate intermediary in his beloved Val di Sole, opening his agency, CTR-Immobiliare.

Real estate and construction run in his veins, as his father owns a local construction company, where Federico was able to acquire technical and practical skills to complement his theoretical studies, thus enriching him with a wealth of experiences and knowledge that are difficult to find in other agencies.

For years, he has been managing long-term residential rentals, such as tourist rentals, thus managing to protect the interests of his clients in these two very delicate areas as well.
