Hi everyone!  I' am Nicoletta Prata, owner of NICOCASA Estate Agents.

My profession as an estate agent began in 1998 with the opening of my first branch in the centre of the historical town of Borgo a Mozzano.  This small medieval town surrounded by the Tuscan-Emilian Appennnes and Apuan Alps is above all known for its famous ‘Devil’s Bridge’.

I am a qualified estate agent, licensed by the Chamber of Commerce in Lucca, No.1454 on the roll of Estate Agents.  I am also a member of the Federation of Italian Professional Estate Agents (FIAIP) who are appointed by a Provincial Council Member.

I work in the sector of buying and selling a wide range of properties which include:

Rustic cottages, country villas, apartments in historical palazzi, rural buildings and farmhouses.  I especially focus on the Lucca area, the Media Valle del Serchio (the middle valley of the river Serchio) and the Garfagnana region of northern Tuscany.

In 2007 I enlarged my business with the collaboration of Daniele, my partner who shares my enthusiasm and passion for this field of work.  By early 2008 we opened our second branch in the town of Ghivizzano which is situated within the Commune of Coreglia.
