Bruno Dotti was born in Luxembourg in 1954. Graduate in Civil Engineering at the Turin Technical Institute, he specializes in construction and transport. It has therefore designed and managed the construction work for three years. Since 1984 it is a rented real estate agent for Turin and partner and president of Fiminter Immobili.

Lodovico Avataneo

Lodovico Avataneo was born in Pinerolo in 1954. After graduation in Industrial Chemistry in Turin, he began working as a real estate broker.
Since 1981 it is a real estate agent rented to Turin. Since 1984 he has been a member and CEO of Fiminter Immobiliare.
He is the managing director of the Unitete company since 1999. Fiminter Immobili is the founder member of Uniete, the owner of the project and the Unica brand. Unica is a professional and operational network that connects several real estate agencies among the most experienced.
He is currently the sales manager of Fiminter Immobili of the residential and marketing and development department and its main work is to market building yards and to divide, sell and rent residential properties.

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PROJECT

Giovanni Piccolo was born in 1957. After being named Geometer for Turin, he began working as a construction assistant for the FIAT.
Since 1981 for ten years he has worked as a seller for an emerging real estate agency and since 1989 he has been a real estate broker for Turin. From 1990 to 2001 he worked as a specialist for industrial property in an important real estate agency.
He has worked for Fiminter Immobili since 2001 and is currently Fiminter Industrial Property Manager.

Nadia Clerico
