LOCATION: the structure is located in the countryside of Martina Franca, but is located in the middle of the two renowned districts of San Marco and the Coreggia district at an equal distance between the two. Easily accessible by asphalt road.
DESCRIPTION: the property includes an ancient complex of trulli dating back to 1900 and on both sides, there are two stone buildings originally used as stables and agricultural warehouses. The main house is a trulli and includes three large cones and two small cones, the main trullo also has an alcove. Inside the house we therefore find the living room in the large trullo with an alcove and stone mezzanine with a star vault above which there is the mezzanine trullo with access from the terrace. The living room leads to the two trulli where the two bedrooms can be created, furthermore, there are two other rooms and the kitchen with fireplace with access door to the warehouse is currently used as a large living room with kitchen and bathroom. On the opposite side, with independent access from the outside, there is the ancient stable with the barn on the upper floor. On the right front of the building, we find access to the stone cellar with barrel vaults.
CONDITIONS: the house and the warehouse are inhabited by the owners during the summer period. Overall the structure is in good condition and in the main house there are original chianche floors in some rooms and cement tiles from the beginning of the last century in one room. A renovation is necessary regarding the systems and the removal of the plaster to have the stone exposed, with the recovery of the original doors of the residential part.
